Contains 99% psyllium seed husk, a natural fiber that increases ration bulk. Recommended by veterinarians, psyllium absorbs water in the intestines to form a gel-like substance, which increases bulk and softens tools. Crumble formula mixes easily with feed. With apple and molasses flavoring, the crumbles are so palatable, horses will eat it straight from the container. For horses of all ages, including young foals. Feed one scoop (5 ozs.) to 1-1/2 scoops with daily grain ration for 7 consecutive days once each month (Based on a 1,000-lb. horse). 5 ounce scoop included.
